About Me

I recently graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno, with a Bachelor's in Community Health Science, Public Health, and a minor in Business Administration. I am currently pursuing my Master in Business Administration, with an emphasis on Health Service Administration from California State University, Chico.

I was raised in Chico, a town in Northern California. While Chico was my home for the longest, I also had the opportunity to live in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Maryland while growing up. These experiences have broadened my perspective and deepened my appreciation for the needs of diverse communities.

My time at the university, participating in various outreach programs and community initiatives sparked my passion for community health and public service. This passion led me to High Sierra AHEC, where I found a platform to contribute meaningfully to public health initiatives.

During my undergraduate career, I started working with High Sierra AHEC as an Administrative Support intern, and I'm thrilled to continue working and learning with them as the Workforce Development Coordinator.

In my role, I'm excited to apply my academic knowledge and practical skills to address public health challenges effectively. I'm committed to continuing my professional development and contributing positively to our mission.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, and exploring new places. Summer is my favorite time of the year as I can be on the water and boating with loved ones.
